Lights Up

OC art spamming, hooorrayyyyy! o/ *not*. I was originally testing out my ArtRage Studio Pro but I noticed that it's not the most useful program for shading things with hard cel shades and thus swapped back to Photoshop in one point. And ArtRage's absolutely not handy for sketching (since I tend to flip my sketches every now and then but it's not possible with it). But making lineart with it is a different thing. ArtRage at least has the 'smoothing' option for the tools and it's pretty neat. I may consider drawing more linearts with it (if it just won't be lagging too much with bigger pictures. It did that at times even with this piece).

It's just a bit of a mystery even for me why I ended up sketching one of my 'ancient' OC's in the first place, though. Or well, I did do some redesigning for him in the summer, THOUGH I redesigned him a lot less than I thought 8| I have a little unfinished sketch of him from the year nakki and pottu and I wanted to dig it up from my piles of paper just to notice that his clothes looked surprisingly much the same even back then (I truly had forgotten what they looked like. Or had I, after all? I believe it's probably not so much of a coincidence I 'reinvented the wheel' again). He just had a mohawk back then...
 And in case anyone's actually still interested, the guy here is Raman Falknir, he's somekind of a mage who'd rather admits being a thief than that (for various reasons), he hates most of his own kind (Dark elves... I really didn't have to say that, did I?) and loves all kinds of rodents. In fact, I once drew a picture with even his pet rat in there though these days the 'rat' looks a lot less like a rat than it does there. No kidding. And I could go rambling about how he was the mentor of Alf-Clausen but since I'm sure none of even my older watchers remember him I have no point for continuing Aaaaand there's probably enough text already. Har harrrrr.
