Without Wings I Can't Fly

This was supposed to be a remake of one of my older pictures, Rising Myth and Legend, but I don't know if this can be called as "remake" as it differs from the older one quite much... D:
Well, however, it was nice to draw Arcy-parcy Arcaillax again as it was already about a year ago when I drew her last time.

Cheap light effects are cheap.

I redid the light effect and altered some layer styles a bit. If somebody misses it, the old version can be found from my sta.sh.
