Description
"What a lovely thing a rose is. There is nothing in which deduction is so necessary as in religion. It can be built up as an exact science by the reasoner. Our highest assurance of the goodness of Providence seems to me to rest in the flowers. It is only goodness which gives extras, and so I say again we have much to hope for from the flowers."

*FULL VIEW PLEASE* The smaller view looks even more odd...
I so feel like I shouldn't be uploading this here, but I'll upload it anyway hopefully at least for the joy of and professor Paddiarty xD
You know, I usually tend to be a bit late in about everything, and once again when most of the people is excited about the new Sherlock Holmes series on BBC, I am watching the episodes of the Granada's series from '80s. Usually I'm not THAT late :'D
You may expect to see some more Sherlock Holmes (either mr Brett or Downey Jr versions) fan art here (probably). I seriously should practise drawing humans and Holmes is a good target for that at the moment.
Anyway, I just love the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes -series. Jeremy Brett made an awesome role as Holmes being all that elegant and charismaticeven if he was crawling on the floor looking for some clues and so on. I liked Robert Downey Jr's Sherlock on the new movies as well, but lets put it this way that if JB's Holmes would ask me to jump off from a cliff I'd do that at the very moment. And if RDJ's Holmes asked the same thing, I'd ask him to jump off first and then I maybe would jump after him.
Erm... Somebody please smack me in the face with that raw fish now I'm tired.
Harsh critique not desired. I know his face looks weird and he doesn't look like Brett too much.
References used (after all this was a scene from the series)
Sherlock Holmes is created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle
Art (c) me
And for some utterly odd reason I kept listening to Philter's Breakdown Into 8-Bit while drawing this... [link]
